Jason Natoli Director
Jason has worked in numerous planning positions in both the public and private sectors. This experience has predominantly been gained in his own business providing professional advice to Local Government in developing management tools and processes to optimise planning and development outcomes.
Jason has extensive experience in managing project teams of multi-disciplinary professionals from architecture, urban design, landscape architecture, environmental and civil engineering, accounting, asset management, and IT to produce a comprehensive solution to major technical and/or management problems.
Jason's experience and ability to quickly analyse and develop strategies to investigate and address key problems is an important skill which is sought out equally by private and Government clients alike.
Neville Crook Principal Town Planner
Neville is a town planner with extensive work experience in Local and State Government and private practice. During his employment with the State Government he specialised in business and industry planning and was involved in what was the SEQ 2001 Regional Planning project.
He was the Project Manager of BCC's Metropolitan Planning project which included the drafting of a Local Growth Management Strategy in response to the SEQ Regional Plan. Neville has held senior positions in strategic and infrastructure planning and in 2000 developed the Queensland's first IPA compliant Infrastructure Charges Plan.
During his employment with Integran, he has led the development of Priority Infrastructure Plans, developed infrastructure policy positions for State government and worked with the development industry on infrastructure charging matters.
Andrew Lyndon Town Planner / Project Manager
Andrew has both Public and Private sector experience with the majority of his career in the Private Sector working for multidisciplinary consultancies and developers. Andrew specialises in statutory planning (development assessment) where he has extensive experience in managing the development approvals process for clients in the development industry, involving coordination of other consultants and liaising with local and state government agencies. His extensive experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and understanding of the statutory process ensures delivery of approvals in a timely and cost efficient manner.
Andrew has also had extensive experience as a project manager on large civil projects for a development / construction company. He has a thorough understanding of civil design and necessary development / construction processes to complete civil projects.
He has also undertaken strategic planning work at Caloundra City Council and for Conics Development Consultants involving the drafting and implementation of Integrated Planning Act (1997) compliant planning schemes and planning scheme policies.
Doug Schneider Senior Town Planner
Doug specialises in Local Government planning scheme review, preparation and implementation and has developed a thorough understanding of the workings of the Integrated Planning Act 1997 (Qld), with particular emphasis on the provisions relating to development assessment and planning scheme preparation.
Doug has project managed the delivery of Infrastructure Charges Plans and Priority Infrastructure Plans, utilising his skills in integrating infrastructure management and strategic land use planning. He has also led a multi-disciplinary project team to deliver a Local Plan for inclusion in Brisbane City Council's Planning Scheme.
His understanding of the Integrated Planning Act 1997 (Qld), the development assessment process, and implications of planning policy on the development industry has been enhanced with recent experience in assessing, preparing and managing complex development applications. He is able to provide clear and accurate advice regarding the interpretation and implementation of planning schemes and the workings of the Integrated Planning Act 1997 (Qld), and has both the people management and technical skills to deliver planning projects on time and to the desired standard.
Simon Bentley Town Planner
Since joining Integran in 2005 Simon has been involved in numerous projects, dealing in the various facets of the planning process, such as issues surrounding urban development and infrastructure policy.
Working closely with clients from both Private and Public Sectors has provided Simon with a well balanced understanding and appreciation for the issues faced by each party, ensuring a fair and reasonable outcome is achieved.
Christine Whitfield Graduate Town Planner
Christine is a graduate Town Planner who has gained a variety of experience in GIS and Planning through past employment and work experience in Local Government. Since joining Integran, Christine has been involved in working with State and Local Government planners in the development of infrastructure plans and policy.
Christine has demonstrated skills in research and reporting from her work in Local Government. Christine is continuing to develop her knowledge and skills in policy development, infrastructure charging, mapping and advice on legislative requirements and other planning matters.
Thuan Nguyen GIS Analyst
Thuan is a Spatial Information Officer with over 10 years of GIS and spatial analysis experience. He has project and technical management experience working on GIS related projects in the Natural Resources, Mining / Exploration and Environmental Industries.
Thuan have a wide range of GIS / CAD experience which he gained during his employment with Government Departments, private sectors in the Northern Territory and Queensland.
Tracey Stringer GIS Analyst
Tracey is an experienced GIS analyst who has held positions in government and private consultancy. Since joining Integran, Tracey has been involved in working with Local Government planners, engineering and GIS officers in the development of Plans for Trunk Infrastructure.
With her knowledge and skills in the use of MapInfo and ArcGIS, Tracey will ensure Council's infrastructure data is captured, analysed and presented in a manner which meets the requirements of the Integrated Planning Act 1997 (QLD).

Amanda Keable Administration Officer
Amanda overseas the day to day operations of Integran, and provides administrative support across various office projects and assignments. Her duties include greeting clients, managing mail, office purchases and co-ordinating meetings and diaries for the Director and other staff.
She is also responsible for organising the Integran family days. With a Bachelor of Business Amanda has also been able to offer support in the Human Resource area.
