Integran was involved in one of the largest infrastructure agreements in SEQ with a total infrastructure cost of over $100M dollars between Developers and the Brisbane City Council.  Integran worked in a team of lawyers, engineers, and planners to negotiate and manage the preparation and implementation of complex development and infrastructure contract involving the construction and funding of extensive infrastructure networks to service the initial developments within the Rochedale Community.  The Infrastructure Agreement has been prepared to align with the legislative process within IDAS and with the construction of infrastructure to deliver certainty for both parties.  Integran also assisted CSR in the preparation of numerous Infrastructure Agreements for residential and industrial development on a former quarry site in Brendale.  The project involves the negotiation of infrastructure scope, timings and cost with the Council and Water Infrastructure Authority.

Integran continues to offer infrastructure advisory services to our Developer and Local Government clients to ensure that the Infrastructure Agreement negotiation process is considered early in the development assessment process and that fair, reasonable and workable outcomes are provided.

“Integran’s practical guidance, supported by commercial understanding and responsive facilitation, has given us the confidence to make business decisions at every stage of our projects and to achieve considered outcomes that meet the needs of Fairmont, government and the market”
