Integran is pleased to announce that we have been appointed to the South Australian Government’s list of pre-qualified suppliers for the following Infrastructure Scheme Coordination service areas:

  • Preparation of scoped and costed proposals;
  • Development of work programs;
  • Community consultation;
  • Development and administration of funding arrangements and provision of relating advice.

The South Australian Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) has established this panel so that an Infrastructure Scheme proponent, whether a local government or private entity, can select a pre-approved consultant with suitable qualifications and experience to prepare and coordinate aspects of Basic Infrastructure Scheme’s (BIS), and General Infrastructure Scheme’s (GIS) in accordance with the requirements of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016.

Integran has been involved in the preparation and implementation of infrastructure and contribution plans for over 30 local and state agencies across Australia, supported by over two-decades of experience in the field.  We pride ourselves on the high quality of the work performed and approach the Infrastructure Scheme preparation process as not just a ‘tick-box’ exercise, but aim to ensure that the outcome of each project is fit for purpose, transparent, able to be implemented, and provides a demonstratable nexus between development and the infrastructure which services it.

Integran has already undertaken work relating to Infrastructure Scheme pilot projects for the City of Port Adelaide Enfield and Mt Barker District Council.

For more information on the Infrastructure Scheme preparation requirements, including scheme initiation and establishment under the legislation, please do not hesitate to contact the Integran team.
